Representation & Booking: Osois Studios acts as your official modeling agency and manager for all photoshoots, events, and bookings arranged through the agency. All sessions must be approved by your assigned manager first — no side or private bookings.
Pay & Agency Commission: Professional Model (5+ yrs experience + 3 Osois classes): $100/hr — 20% agency commission. New Model: $50/hr — 15% agency commission. Clients pay Osois Studios first, then the agency pays you your earnings after commission.
Professional Behavior & Safety: Professionalism is required at all times. No sexual or romantic conduct with photographers, managers, models, or affiliates during any Osois event. Your safety is a priority — notify your manager immediately if uncomfortable.
Attendance & Reliability: Punctuality is required. Three (3) no-shows without at least 1-week notice results in termination and a mandatory $300 penalty plus return of your Osois studio robe.
Social Media & Content Protection: Osois Studios may help create or manage your modeling social account to protect your image and brand. Permission is required to use agency photos for third-party platforms (e.g., Patreon, OnlyFans, merchandise, etc.).
Minors (17 Years Old): A parent or legal guardian must provide signed consent before any modeling work can begin.
Contract Length: This agreement lasts 5 years from the date you submit your application. To end modeling with Osois, you must request an official Model Release Form. After release, there is a 6-month wait period before possible return.
